Orange Champagne Bundt Cake

This is a pretty simple, yet looks like it took more time then it did. Don't we love those kind of recipes? This is definately one to try!
Ingredients

2 ¼ cups Flours
-
2 ¼ tsp Baking Powder

¾ cups Sugar

Pinch of Salt

Zest of 3 Oranges
-
1 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

1/2 cup Champagne, see note
-
3 Eggs
-
¾ cup Oil
-
3 tbsp Milk
-
1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
-
½ tsp Orange Extract, optional
-
1¼ cup Powdered Sugar
-
3 tbsp Orange Juice
-
1 tbsp champagne, see note
-
½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Orange Zest, optional

Directions
Bundt Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. (I used Baker’s Joy)
In a medium mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
In a large bowl whisk wet ingredients including orange zest.
Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for about 35 – 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean.
Let cool in pan, then remove from pan. You can even the bottom of the bundt cake, this is optional.
Orange Glaze
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, orange juice, champagne, and vanilla extract.
Stir until smooth and then drizzle on cake.
Sprinkle with orange zest.

Recipe Note
You don't have to worry about the champagne as the alchohol bakes off. But if you want to make it none alcholoic replace champagne with orange juice.
