If you love steak, then you need to try this marinade. It works great for burgers too!

Ingredients
-
½ cup Butter, melted
-
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
-
⅓ cup Worcestershire Sauce
-
½ cup Olive Oil
-
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
-
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
-
1 tsp Pepper
-
½ Salt
-
1 tsp Red Pepper
-
⅓ cup Lemon Juice
-
2-3 lbs Your choice cut of steak
Directions
In 9x13 pan place steak and pour melted butter all over steak and pan.
Add soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, pepper, salt, red pepper, and then pour lemon juice carefully around steaks and slowly over steaks, make sure not to wash all Seasoning off.
Carefully lift steak to make sure juices get underneath.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in fridge, let marinate for a minimum of 4 hours to over night.
Heat grill to 500-600° then place covered pan on grill and close lid. Let sit for 8-9 minutes until juices are boiling.
Remove foil and flip steak in juices, close lid and cook for an additional 8-9 minutes until steaks start to brown.
Lower heat to low, remove pan from grill and place steaks on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, basting with juices every 2 minutes to keep steaks super moist.
Flip steaks and continue to baste and cook until your doneness liking.
Be sure to heavily baste with juices and close lid last minute of cooking.
You can save the remaining juice for steak dipping sauce (an au jus) and/or to dip bread in.
Enjoy!

Recipe Note
1. If you follow these directions and have a good cut of steak, you won't need any store bought steak sauce.
2. We used grass-fed Black Angus steaks.
